The firm was established in 1889 and has grown since then, especially over the last 25 years, from around 20 people to about 140. Browne Jacobson is gearing up for future growth with a move to flagship new offices in Nottingham.
The law firm can confirm it has agreed terms on a 10 year lease at a headline rent of £12.50 per sq ft to move to Mowbray House, part of the award winning HM Revenue and Customs headquarters complex designed by the distinguished architect Sir Michael Hopkins.
Roger Davis of Geo Hallam & Sons has advised Browne Jacobson throughout the negotiations with Jones Lang LaSalle who acted on behalf of the landlord, Mapeley .
