Acting on behalf of NSK Europe Limited, Geo Hallam & Sons have recently completed the sale of warehouse accommodation totalling 200,000 sq ft on approximately 1 ½ acres to Hampsons Recovery. A record price of £800,000 was achieved. The sale has allowed NSK to bring together its warehouse operations onto its main site.

Acting on behalf of LF Europe, part of the Li & Fung Group based in Hong Kong, Geo Hallam & Sons from Nottingham, their retained agents, have successfully completed the acquisition of 20,500 sq ft of offices at the former Woolworths Headquarters, 242 Marylebone Road.
The accommodation has been acquired on a ten year lease with an option to break at the fifth year, with the main space at a headline rent of £25.00 per sq ft.

Midlands Co-op Travel have acquired a 1,400 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease.
