    Acting on behalf of Tool Station, Geo Hallam & Sons have acquired Units 9 & 10, Worcester Court, Mannesman Close on Swansea Enterprise Park.  Roger Davis of Geo Hallam & Sons handled the negotiations and Tool Station have entered into a 10-year lease with a 5-year tenant only break at a rent of £15,600 per annum with a 3 month rent free period.

    Acting on behalf of Faspak Containers Limited, Geo Hallam & Sons have negotiated extended leases at Units 5 & 6, Ashville Close, Queens Drive Industrial Estate, Nottingham.  Faspak were paying £67,700 per annum and the lease renewal negotiated is at a reduced rent of £58,000 per annum with the tenant receiving a 4.5 month rent free period.

    The lease re-gear was negotiated by Roger Davis, Senior Partner of Geo Hallam & Sons.

    Geo Hallam & Sons, working in conjunction with Noble Harris from London, has successfully marketed and secured a letting of a showroom at 75 Newman Street in the heart of the London’s fashion quarter, north of Oxford Street.
