  • New occupier at City Gate Nottingham

    Acting on behalf of F&C Reit Geo Hallam and Sons have let offices at City Gate Nottingham to Jones Lang Lasalle.

    Jones Lang Lasalle relocated from Park Row and took 2,560 sq ft at part 4th floor. City Gate was chosen due to its prominence within the city centre together with the fact that the offices offer open plan regular floor plates suitable for flexible working. The Nottingham Jones Lang Lasalle office  is the first outside London to adopt a new workplace strategy.

  • Offices acquired for Fashion Lab at Sherwood Park, J27 M1 Nottingham

    Geo Hallam and Sons have acquired new ground floor open plan offices of 4,000 sq ft for Fashion Lab within the Como building at the Lakeview office development on Sherwood Park ½ a mile from the M1 at Junction 27 north Nottingham. Following an extensive search for offices within the Nottinghamshire  motorway corridor, the Como building within the Lakeview development was chosen as the preferred option.

    The offices provide grade A accommodation with a good level of car parking and Fashion Lab signed a new 5 year lease.

  • Sale of Unit 9 Giltbrook Industrial Park J26 M1 Nottingham

    Geo Hallam and Sons acting jointly for British Land  have concluded the sale of Unit 8 to the Aston and Fincher Pension Scheme. Unit 8 comprised a 3,000 sq ft modern B1, B2, B8 unit constructed in 2008 and forms part of the popular Giltbrook Industrial Park constructed adjacent to Ikea and Next at Giltbrook Retail Park and approximately 2 miles from Junction 26 M1. Occupiers at Giltbrook Industrial Park include Screwfix and Blue Monkey Brewery.

    Unit 8 the last unit being marketed on the scheme is now under offer leasehold.

    Geo Hallam and Sons have now let two adjoining retail units on Rectory Road West Bridgford to Newton Fallowell.

    The lettings follow the recent sale by Geo Hallam and Sons of 52 Rectory Road West Bridgford to new owners with Geo Hallam and Sons being retained on the management and agency at the building.

    The units were formerly occupied by Balloons childrens clothing and Giltbrook dry cleaners  and in total comprised an 850 sq ft retail unit.
