Acting on behalf of private clients Roger Davis of Geo Hallam & Sons have sold manufacturing facilities on the Nutwood Trading Estate having an area of 8,030 sq ft to Jaco Tooling Limited. This was an off-market deal and once terms were agreed the sale was completed within a month. Roger Davis handled the negotiations.
