Unit let to The Tanning Cabin. James Hall of Geo Hallam and Sons acting jointly with BHT Leeds reports the letting of this last 3,300 sq ft unit to The Tanning Cabin. The Tanning Cabin currently have 5 units throughout the Midlands with their head office based in Stoke on Trent. Chaddesden was seen as an ideal location for a further unit given the suburbs popularity and the retail parks prominence opposite the proposed new supermarket development.
