  • Geo Hallam & Sons complete the sale of land at Daybrook Laundry to Aldi

    After many false-starts the former Daybrook Laundry site, closed in 2002, is about to come to life again following the approval of a master plan by Gedling Borough Council.

    Aldi have now secured Planning Permission for a neighbourhood food store on 1.25 acres which will provide a food store, having a gross area of 15,900 sq ft, a sales area of 10,650 sq ft and 78 car spaces.

  • Oakbrook Finance sign for offices at Lock House Nottingham

    James Hall of Geo Hallam and Sons acting for BNP Paribas reports the letting of the 5,255 sq ft ground floor office suite to Oakbrook Finance Limited.

    Oakbrook Finance who occupied space within  Regus serviced offices in the city centre had been searching for suitable offices to relocate to for some considerable time. Following the refurbishment of the ground floor suite by the landlord to provide comfort cooled open plan offices, a new lease was completed in February.

  • The Hoff Visits City Gate Nottingham

    International mega star and singing sensation (see Berlin wall video) David Hasselhoff visited the newly refurbished offices at City Gate recently whilst taking time off  from his Peter Pan pantomine commitments in Nottingham where he is the star attraction. City Gate is being marketed by Geo Hallam and Sons and the Hoff’s viewing is one of a number  of viewings recently following the extensive refurbishment works undertaken by F&C Reit.
