Acting on behalf of F&C Reit Geo Hallam and Sons have let offices at City Gate Nottingham to Jones Lang Lasalle.
Jones Lang Lasalle relocated from Park Row and took 2,560 sq ft at part 4th floor. City Gate was chosen due to its prominence within the city centre together with the fact that the offices offer open plan regular floor plates suitable for flexible working. The Nottingham Jones Lang Lasalle office is the first outside London to adopt a new workplace strategy.
The landlord has recently carried out improvement works at City Gate which included the refurbishment of the main reception to include new internal and external lighting , DDA entrance, external landscaping together with redecoration to lift lobbies.
James Hall of Geo Hallam and Sons commented : “ Securing Jones Lang Lasalle is great news for City Gate and a reflection of the quality of the refurbished space available and excellent location. City Gate has a good mix of tenants including Nottingham Post, Gateley, Regus and Amlin and we are now in discussion with an occupier of the whole of the 7th floor.”
Geo Hallam and Sons are jointly marketing refurbished offices within City Gate at first, part 5th and 7th floors available from c6,000 sq ft to floors of 18,650 sq ft.
