Acting on behalf of Visage Limited, based in Nottingham, Roger Davis of Geo Hallam & Sons, Chartered Surveyors based in Nottingham, have let Visage House to A & H McK Limited with effect from the 21st March 2014.

Visage House is on the Southern Side Industrial Estate and was the former Head Office and warehouse of Visage Limited before their relocation to Washington eighteen months ago.  Visage House has an area of 60,600 sq ft and stands on a 3 acre freehold site.

Baker Tilly take top floor offices at Citygate, Nottingham

Geo Hallam & Sons acting on behalf of F & C Reit have let 13,000 sq ft offices at City Gate to Baker Tilly.

Baker Tilly have relocated from multi-storey offices on Wollaton Street to City Gate.  F & C Reit had recently undertaken speculative comprehensive refurbishment works to include the main entrance, reception and lift lobby's and these works were an important factor in this deal.

One of the key attractions of City Gate was the ability to accommodation the requirement on a single floor within a high profile city centre location.

Geo Hallam & Sons and JLL acting on behalf of F & C Reit have completed a letting of offices within City Gate East to Scape System Build.

Scape are relocating from Pearl Assurance House on Friar Lane to refurbished open plan 7th floor offices of 5,500 sq ft within City Gate East.  Scape carried out an extensive search of city and edge of city centre options and ultimately City Gate provided the preferred solution being able to satisfy their requirements on one floor within a centrally located building.

Geo Hallam & Sons complete the sale of land at Daybrook Laundry to Aldi

After many false-starts the former Daybrook Laundry site, closed in 2002, is about to come to life again following the approval of a master plan by Gedling Borough Council.

Aldi have now secured Planning Permission for a neighbourhood food store on 1.25 acres which will provide a food store, having a gross area of 15,900 sq ft, a sales area of 10,650 sq ft and 78 car spaces.

James Hall of Geo Hallam and Sons acting for BNP Paribas reports the letting of the 5,255 sq ft ground floor office suite to Oakbrook Finance Limited.

Oakbrook Finance who occupied space within  Regus serviced offices in the city centre had been searching for suitable offices to relocate to for some considerable time. Following the refurbishment of the ground floor suite by the landlord to provide comfort cooled open plan offices, a new lease was completed in February.
