Acting on behalf of Freeths LLP Geo Hallam & Sons have successfully negotiated the acquisition of new offices on Energy Park, Milton Keynes.
The new offices which are due for completion in May 2015 have an area of 10,000 sq ft and have been secured on a 10 year lease.
As part of the negotiations the Landlord has undertaken substantial adaptations to the building to take into account Freeths proposed fit out.

The premises are situated on the outskirts of Hamburg, comprises an office facility of 1,833 sq m of 5,195 sq ft with the low and high rack warehouse having an area of 11,623 sq m.
