ARUP relocate to City Gate West

Global engineering and planning consultancy Arup has taken 10,000 sq ft of refurbished offices at City Gate West.

Geo Hallam and Sons and JLL acted jointly for F&C Reit in the transaction.

Global engineering and planning consultancy Arup has relocated from Queen Street to refurbished offices of 10,000 sq ft at City Gate West a landmark office building at the head of Maid Marian Way.

Clients of F&C Reit will carry out refurbishment works to include common parts, facilities and main entrance and reception to deliver a high quality office building key to securing the letting.

Robin Lee of Arup commented “ The new location fulfils our desire to stay in the heart of Nottingham, where we are in walking distance of the station, tram, Market Square and some of our key collaborators and clients. We will have a state of the art office space that will utilise the latest thinking about working environments and draw upon our own experiences from the successful move and redevelopment of our Manchester office.”
