    Acting for Investment Fund Landlords Geo Hallam and Sons report the letting of second floor offices at Lock House ,Castle Meadow Road, Nottingham.

    The second floor suite of 5,800 sq ft was vacated by Turner and Townsend and immediately relet to Browne Jacobson solicitors.

    Geo Hallam and Sons recently acquired Mowbray House adjacent for Browne Jacobson which comprises c57,000 sq ft and due to their continual growth additional space was required. Lock House was perfectly situated and a coterminous lease has been signed.

    The premises are located on Ashville Close part of the popular Queens Drive Industrial Estate approximately 1 mile from Nottingham city centre and with quick access to both inner and outer ring roads. The unit was chosen due to its size, location and quality but also the availability of a large capacity power supply.
