Geo Hallam and Sons acting for SIM Holdings Ltd are pleased to report the sale of Riverside House on Riverside Business Park, Nottingham to Paper Rose Ltd a division of Simon Elvin Holdings Ltd.

Riverside House comprises an industrial/warehouse unit with offices of 22,750 sq. ft. built in the mid 1990’s with later extensions set within a secure site. It forms part of the popular Riverside Business Park development comprising uses ranging from industrial and warehousing to offices, retail and a hotel/restaurant.

James Hall of Geo Hallam and Sons commented, “Paper Rose were looking for a high quality self-contained building close to Nottingham city centre as they were relocating from Mabel Street. The size and location of Riverside House was ideal for them given its ease of access to the city centre and the outer ring road for staff and clients.”

Jayne Myers MD of Paper Rose commented ‘’ We are really pleased with our purchase of Riverside House which will give us the opportunity to bring together our distribution and head office.   This will streamline our business and give us certain cost savings. The acquisition has created 15 new warehouse jobs. Additionally, we are now working very closely with Nottingham based printers Sherwood Press, this will also take a complexity away from our business and reduce our lead-times”
