    Geo Hallam & Sons have acted on behalf of Imagine POS in acquiring new offices at Charnwood Edge Business Park in Cossington, Leicestershire.

    The new offices are in a prominent position adjacent to the A46 dual carriageway close to its junction with the A607 offering excellent transport links.

    The new offices have been secured on a 10 year Lease with an option to break and the necessary fit-out works are close to completion. The building acquired offers future expansion opportunities for Imagine POS.

  • Geo Hallam & Sons assist Freeths LLP in acquiring new offices in Milton Keynes

    Acting on behalf of Freeths LLP Geo Hallam & Sons have successfully negotiated the acquisition of new offices on Energy Park, Milton Keynes.

    The new offices which are due for completion in May 2015 have an area of 10,000 sq ft and have been secured on a 10 year lease.

    As part of the negotiations the Landlord has undertaken substantial adaptations to the building to take into account Freeths proposed fit out.

    Geo Hallam & Sons, retained agents for and on behalf of Miles Fashion GmbH, has negotiated the acquisition of their German HQ and distribution facility at Norderstedt on the outskirts of Hamburg and then subsequently negotiated a sale and leaseback to a Hong Kong based investor.

    The premises are situated on the outskirts of Hamburg, comprises an office facility of 1,833 sq m of 5,195 sq ft with the low and high rack warehouse having an area of 11,623 sq m.
