Geo Hallam & Sons have sold the best view in NG1!

Acting on behalf of retained clients, The Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham, Geo Hallam & Sons have successfully sold four properties forming part of a prime and unique site with unbelievable views over the Castle grounds.

Roger Davis of Geo Hallam & Sons, who handled the sale, reports that the property consists of the Rectory and Vicarage, Grade II Listed Georgian building with south facing gardens overlooking the Castle and two separate houses situated at Standard Hill.

Geo Hallam & Sons and Rothera Dowson are pleased to report the sale to Monk Estates for residential use.
