Roger Davis had an excellent grounding with the most informative years spent initially as an articled clerk at Dickens and Berry undertaking professional work, four years at the Valuation Office Agency undertaking rating, compensation and revenue cases and a thoroughly enjoyable three years working for a local developer. By 1975 experience had been gained in all the facets necessary for a surveyor to give advice to clients.
A number of key developments have been orchestrated by Roger Davis and a network of clients originally created by Bernard Hallam has been further expanded in the last 25 years. Roger Davis continues to advise a range of developers, investment companies and corporate clients on all issues relating to commercial property both in the Midlands and throughout the UK.
